Guest guest Posted November 9, 2001 Report Share Posted November 9, 2001 Oat Crackers Source: Country Life Natural Cookbook Combine dry ingredients; beat together oil and water, and add to dry mixture. 3 cups rolled oats 1 tsp. salt 1 1/4 cups water 1 cup wheat germ 3/4 cup oil 2 cups whole wheat flour 1 cup sunflower seeds (optional) Roll out thin onto a cookie sheet. Cut into desired shapes and bake at 325° until golden brown on bottom of crackers. Usually 45 - 60 minutes.
