Guest guest Posted November 13, 2001 Report Share Posted November 13, 2001 Sunflower DressingSource: Cooking by the Book 1 1/3 cups sunflower seeds (sprouted okay) 1 2/3 cup water 1 tsp. salt 1/3 cup lemon juice (to taste) 1/4 tsp. garlic powder 1/2 tsp. onion powder Blend all ingredients in blender. Use over baked potato or salad. Served with finely chopped avocado or tomato, this makes an excellent dressing for salad. Yield: 3 cups dressing.
