Guest guest Posted November 13, 2001 Report Share Posted November 13, 2001 Flax Oil Dressing Source: ;-) Me 1/3 cup flax seed oil (for the Omega-3's) 2/3 cup fresh squeezed lemon juice 2 Tbsp. Bragg's Amino's (or to taste) 1 crushed garlic clove 2 Tbsp. finely chopped onions (I like the sweet ones best) 2 - 3 Tbsp. finely chopped, fresh parsley 1/8 - 1/4 tsp. ginger Real Salt to taste (if necessary. . .optional) For variations I add: chopped olives or chopped tomatoes (fresh). This is not only delicious on fresh salads, but veggies and grain dishes too.
