Peas Amandine

Source: Cooking by the Book

 

2 Tbsp. vegan margarine

1/3 cup slivered almonds

1 1/2 cups cooked green peas

1/8 tsp. salt, or to taste

1/8 tsp. paprika

 

Saute almonds lightly in margarine. Add peas, salt, and paprika and heat through. Yield: 4 servings.
