Guest guest Posted November 14, 2001 Report Share Posted November 14, 2001 Cauliflower with Almonds Source: Cooking by the Book 1 medium (2 lbs.) cooked cauliflower (hot) 1/2 cup bread crumbs (gluten free if necessary) 2 Tbsp. vegan margarine 1/2 cup slivered almonds 1 clove garlic, crushed Saute crumbs in margarine until golden. Add almonds and garlic; mix well. Sprinkle over hot cauliflower and serve. Yield: 6 servings.
