Guest guest Posted November 14, 2001 Report Share Posted November 14, 2001 Peas and Mushrooms Source: Cooking by the Book 1 - 10 oz. package frozen green peas 1/2 cup canned sliced mushrooms 1/4 cup chopped green onion 1 Tbsp. vegan margarine 1/4 tsp. salt Cook peas as directed on package. Saute mushrooms and onion in margarine in saucepan until tender. Season with salt and combine with hot peas. Note: May be combined with white sauce and served over rice or toast.
