Guest guest Posted January 6, 2002 Report Share Posted January 6, 2002 Chundoo, or Mango Chutney w/Almonds (its what I had for breakfast). 2 Mangoes 1/2 tsp turmeric 1 tsp cayenne pepper (you can put two if you like it warmer) 1 tsp ground cardamom 1.5 tsp ground cumin 2 Tbs raisins (I used 3 Tbs cranberries, they are seasonal & fresh) 2 Tbs almonds. I put all ingredients into a food processor. It filled a standard cereal bowl & was delicious. The recipe says you can refrigerate & keep as a spread. Om Shanti ...
