Guest guest Posted January 7, 2002 Report Share Posted January 7, 2002 I was wondering if there is anyone out there who has some recommendations for getting a large amount of protein without any soy products. My g/f has hypothyroidism and is in need of large amounts of protein, but is also unable to eat soy because of the thyroid issue. She is in a jam because she also doesn't want to eat animal products.
