We tried just omitting them them and they were allright but pretty flat. Guest guest
I have a great cake recipe (my Aunt's) that uses Baking Powder (whatever that is) along with white vinegar. The vinegar reacts with the baking powder to make bubbles - a raising agent. A white cake made in this way tastes terrible, but a chocolate version tastes great with a great texture as well. Baking Soda doesn't work well with this recipe. -Allan --- Gareth Pashley <gpashley wrote: > anone have any idea on the best way to make yorkshire > puddings without eggs. > We tried just omitting them them and they were allright > but pretty flat. > Tried bicarb as a raising agent and they were > awful....and I really love > yorkshire puddings!! > cheers > Gareth > > Gareth Pashley > Library Assistant > Periodicals > Dorset House Library > Bournemouth University > Fern Barrow, Poole, Dorset.
