anone have any idea on the best way to make yorkshire puddings without eggs.

We tried just omitting them them and they were allright but pretty flat.

Tried bicarb as a raising agent and they were awful....and I really love

yorkshire puddings!!

cheers

I have a great cake recipe (my Aunt's) that uses Baking

Powder (whatever that is) along with white vinegar. The

vinegar reacts with the baking powder to make bubbles - a

raising agent. A white cake made in this way tastes

terrible, but a chocolate version tastes great with a great

texture as well. Baking Soda doesn't work well with this

recipe.
