Guest guest
Hi Sandra, I mostly use it in my homemade blended protein drink (rice protein, soy protein, homemade soymilk, brewers yeast, flax oil, bananna, distilled water, molasses. And I use my bread machine a lot and have tried substituting 1/4 cup of rice protein for flour. I mill the wheat berries for whole wheat flour and instead of the usual 5 cups, I'll use 4 and 3/4 cups and 1/4 cup of rice protein and the rest of the recipe as usual..maybe a little more water. I just started messing with it and the first few loaves were good, but I have to start writing it down..it's hit and miss. Other then that maybe you can search a search engine for rice protein recipes...a good search engine to download is www.copernic.com and just download the free one. It does a good job and finding the keywords you enter. David , " Sandra Mort " <sandra.mort@o...> wrote: > I have a jar of this rice protein stuff.
