Guest guest Posted March 12, 2002 Report Share Posted March 12, 2002 Breakfast Bonanza CookiesSource: Lifestyle Menu Planner Whiz in blender: 1 cup soaked, raw soybeans 1 cup date pieces 1 Tbsp. vanilla 1/8 tsp. ascorbic acid (optional) 3/4 cup cashews 2 1/2 cups water - hot 1 package yeast Add above to mixing bowl with: 2 cups whole wheat flour 2 cups oats 1/2 cup barley flour 2 cups raisins 1 tsp. salt, scant 1/2 cup sunflower seeds Stir well. Drop by tablespoonfuls on prepared cookie sheets. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes. Let cool. Fruit and Bonanza Cookies make a wholesome, delicious breakfast on the run!
