Light and Lovely Waffles

1/2 cup soybeans, raw, soaked

1 1/2 cups oats

2 1/4 cup water

1/2 tsp. salt

1/2 tsp. vanilla

1 Tbsp. sunflower seeds

 

Blenderize on "liquify". Bake for 12 minutes in pre-heated waffle iron which has been sprayed with non-stick spray.
