Guest guest
Hi all I'm kind of a newbie vegetarian, trying hard to be anyway. My first day was today and I accidentally ordered chicken and broccoli salad for lunch... realized what I had done a few minutes later, picked out some broccoli and then tossed it. I've been thinking about this for a few years and lately, being out of a relationship, making positive changes like this seems so much easier to do. BUT I've never been one to cook much or prepare a lot of food for the week and I know this isn't going to be easy. But I guess the inconvenience of spending a few hours on the weekends making good meals for the week at work (or the night before) is nothing compared to what the animals go through. So I'm glad I found this place and I'm looking forward to feeling a lot better (I never ate that much meat to begin with). I have removed refined sugar from my diet for two weeks now and I feel better already. Makes you realize how much garbage you put into your body when you eat prepared and fast food. Yuck!
