Hi, Im new to the list, looking for any help with recipes that are quick and

dont require a trip to a health food store, anyone got any leads to any

websites or anything on this? Im about 7 years into vegetarianism and Im

aiming towards about 90% veganism

Chris, I have had this book a few months, but haven't even cracked it open. But, the description sounded like what I wanted along the same lines of your request.

sounds cool, my fiancee has a book of 4 ingredient recipes which is great

for the stuff that is vegetarian, except the food isnt the healthiest

stuff,and mostly not vegan.
