Actually, if I remember correctly, marshmallows were fat free, so all they contain is sugar, no fats. I used to love them because every once in awhile, a person deserves a little indulgence, it keeps life interesting!

No food

value at all.  What a waste to the body,  think about it.

Sherry's recipe

Hey Sherry,

Yes I would love a copy of that recipe... I knew I'd copied it awhile back

from one of these lists but couldn't find it now that I want it. I'm

actually making this recipe for a friend who is not vegan but doesn't eat

animal parts (as is in gelatin). But I'd rather make it vegan, so please do

send that recipe whenever you get a chance.

:-)

Thanks

Dolly

OK, yes, not everyone on a vegan diet is also on a

perfect diet. Congratulations on your personal stance

against 'empty food', but please try to avoid sounding

so judgmental.

Naomi

fudgy vegan brownies, something to fool non vegans with?

I usually just follow a regular brownie recipe and subsitute Ener G egg replacer for the eggs and soy margarine for butter, they usually turn out great!

i think you should eat junk food every once-in-a-while (if you want), as

long as you dont make a habit of constantly eating vegan fudge brownies

every day but a treat every few days is good.Speaking of which,so this
