Mix together egg replacer, mushrooms, veggie ground round, onion, pepper and salt well. 2. Mix flour, water and salt into a thick dough. Roll the dough thin. 3. Cut circles out of the dough with the help of a glass or a cup. Put some filling into the middle of each dough circle. Fold the circles and pinch their edges together. 4. Put them into salted boiling water and cook for 7-10 minutes. They are ready when they rise to the surface of the water. Remove the cooked pelmenies from the water, and drain. 5.
