Guest guest
Almond Milk 1 cup raw almonds 5 cups water 1 tsp. honey (or alternative) 1 tsp. vanilla Blend almonds with 1 1/2 cup water at a time for 30 seconds. Strain. Repeat until all of the water is used. Rinse blender to clean out almond chunks left over. Return milk to blender and blend in sweetener and vanilla. Refrigerate. You may need to stir before using. http://www.Christian-Vegan-Cooking http://www. http://www.VintageVeganTea http://www.VeganMenus4HealthyLiving http://www.AllNaturalSweetnerRecipes ---------- ----
Guest guest
Take 2 cups of water and 1/4 (give or take some depending on how rich or skim milk like you like your milk) and 4 dates and blend in a blender like the vita mix. It's that simple.
