Guest guest Posted October 18, 2002 Report Share Posted October 18, 2002 Tapioca Pudding 1/2 cup small pearl tapioca 1/4 tsp. salt 4 cups vanilla flavored soy milk (or alternative) 1 tsp. coconut extract 1/3 cup honey (or alternative liquid sweetener) 1 tsp. vanilla Bring to boil, stirring continually, until tapioca is clear (about 20 minutes). Add vanilla after done cooking.
