Cornbread

 

2 egg substitutes (Ener-G)

2 Tbsp. honey (or alternative liquid sweetener)

1 cup nut milk

1 chop whole wheat pastry flour

2/3 cup corn meal

1/2 tsp. baking soda

1/2 tsp. salt

2 Tbsp. melted vegan margarine

2 tsp. baking powder

 

Mix dry and wet ingredients separately, then combine. Bake in an 8 x 8 inch

sprayed pan @ 375 degrees for 20 minutes, until golden on top.
