Guest guest
Belgium Waffles 1 cup unbleached white flour 1 cup whole wheat pastry flour 2 tsp. baking powder 1 tsp. salt 1 Tbsp. oil 1 Tbsp. fructose or liquid sweetener 2 cups milk alternative (nut, soy, or rice) 2 egg substitutes (Ener-G) 1 tsp. lemon juice Except for the egg substitute, combine wet and dry ingredients separately and then stir together. Add prepared egg subsitutes last (use instructions on Ener-G package). Pour batter into Belgium waffle maker and cook about 1 - 2 minutes longer than you would other waffles. Makes 4 round waffles.
