Cooked Millet

Source: Vibrant Life/Nov/Dec/02

 

4 cups water

1 cup millet

1 tsp. salt

 

Place ingredients in a Crock-Pot and cook on low heat overnight, or about

6 - 8 hours. (It will be ready to eat as cereal for breakfast in the

morning!).

 

Yield: 4 cups

Calories: 85
