kraut without meat

This is a Czech dish, originally.

 

In a non-stick frying pan, cook chopped onion and drained saeurkraut until

the onion is soft, adding water if necessary. Also add at least 2 tsp of

paprika and some caraway seeds if you like them. Sprinkle flour over the

mixture, a little at a time, to thicken.
