CHILAQUILES

1 onion

2 tbsp oil

1 can tomatoes

1 pkg taco season mix

1/2 t. seasoned salt

1 pkg mont jack cheese (VEGAN)

1/2 cup grated cheese (VEGAN)

1 cup olives

1 can whole kernel corn

1 can green chili

1 pkg tortilla chips

1 pkg 12 oz sour cream, TOFUTTI

 

To make sauce, saute onion in oil until tender, add tomatoes,

taco sauce, salt and green chili. Simmer uncovered 10-15

minutes. In a butter 9x13 casserole, arrange 1/2 of each of the

following layers.

Tortilla chips, sauce, and cheese, repeat layers. Top with sour

cream. Bake 325 degree for 30 minutes, sprinkle with cheese

and bake 10 minutes linger, let stand 15 minutes before cutting

into squares.
