Guest guest Posted January 23, 2003 Report Share Posted January 23, 2003 Seitan Stir-Fry 10 oz sliced seitan 1 cup thinly sliced onions 1/2 cup thinly sliced green pepper 1 cup frozen green beans 1 tsp minced garlic 3 thinly sliced white mushrooms 1 tble canola oil 1/4 tsp salt 1 tble soul seasoning 4 servings of white or brown rice Cook rice according to package directions. In a wok heat oil, and add onions, peppers, salt, and seitan. Cook until lightly brown. Add broccoli cook for two minutes, then add mushrooms, garlic, and soul seasoning. Cook another four minutes.
