Guest guest Posted March 1, 2003 Report Share Posted March 1, 2003 Cherry Crisp Your house will sure smell good when baking this! 1 can cherry pie filling 1 tsp almond extract Topping: 1/2 C flour 1/2 C brown sugar 1 tsp cinnamon 3 T Soy margarine 1/2 C chopped walnuts (optional) 1/4 C flaked coconut Heat oven to 325°. Pour pie filling into a greased 8x8x2 pan. Stir in extract. In a bowl, stir together flour, sugar and cinnamon. Add margarine and blend with pastry blender or fork. Stir in coconut and walnuts. Sprinkle mixture over pie filling. Bake 25 minutes or til brown on top and filling is bubbly.
