Guest guest Posted March 1, 2003 Report Share Posted March 1, 2003 Hello folks I'm considering teaching classes in my community on changing over to the vegan/vegetarian way of life. I have an challenge before me, because I'm smack dab in the middle of the " chicken capital of the world " . More of the poor dears get processed here than anywhere else, or so the chamber of commerce likes to brag. My focus for the classes will be to provide filling and nutritious recipes for those wanting to make the transition from meat eating to a plant based diet.
