Meal-in-one-Breakfast

Source: Recipes of Friendship Cookbook

 

2 1/4 cups cooked rice

1/4 cup chopped nuts

1 cup crushed pineapple

1/2 cup raisins

 

Combine all i ngredients and bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour. Serve with granola and fresh or canned fruit.
