Guest guest Posted March 25, 2003 Report Share Posted March 25, 2003 Gluten Fried Rice Source: Recipes of Friendship Cookbook 1 Tbsp. olive oil 2 carrots, thinly sliced (steam lightly, but keep crisp) 2 stalks celery, thinly sliced 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 small onion, chopped 4 cups cooked brown rice 2 cups thinly sliced gluten 1/3 cup pineapple or orange juice 1/4 cup Braggs Liquid Aminos 1 Tbsp. honey (or alternative sweetener) In a large non-stick skillet, cook first 5 ingredients, stirring, for 3 minutes. Add cooked rice. STir in remaining ingredients. Cook and stir 3 minutes or until juice is absorbed.
