Guest guest Posted March 30, 2003 Report Share Posted March 30, 2003 Banana Cream Pie Source: Foster's Favorites 1/3 cup raw cashews, cleaned 1/2 cup cooked brown rice 1/2 cup dates 2 1/2 cups water 1/8 tsp. saltt 1 tsp. vanilla 3 Tbsp. flour 3 bananas, sliced 1 - 9" pie shell (gf if necessary) Combine all ingredients, except banana, and blend until smooth. Pour into a saucepan and bring to a boil. Cool. In pie crust layer the pie filling with the bananas, and sprinkle top with unsweetened coconut. Chill and serve. Note: This is best with a no-crumb crust.
