Guest guest
MILLET CHEESE1 cup cooked millet1/4 cup water1/4 cup cashews1 tablespoon lemon juice2 tablespoons nutritional yeast1 clove garlic1 teaspoon onion powder1 teaspoon saltBlend until creamy and smooth. Add extra water if necessary. Make it thick or thin according to your needs. I really like this recipe. It is also a very healthy cheese, using the millet. Low cost also.
