Guest guest Posted March 30, 2003 Report Share Posted March 30, 2003 Tropical Topping Source: Foster's Favorites 2 cups dreid apricots or apricot plums 1 cup date butter 1 cup drained unsweetened crushed pineapple Place dried apricots in bowl and add enough water to cover. Let soak for 20 - 30 minutes or until a little soft. Drain the water off and chop. Then add the date butter and pineapple. Mix thoroughly.
