This recipe is not only delicious but a powerhouse of nutrients!7 cups wheat1 cup barley1/4 cup pinto beans1/4 cup soy beans(dried)1/4 cup lentils (dried)1 cup rye5 cups hot water1/2 cup vegan margarine1/2 cup molasses (or honey)3 TBSP. SAF yeast1 1/2 tsp. salt1/2 cup millet1/2 cup glutenMill first six ingredients in your grain mill. If you like a little crunchiness in your bread then leave the millet out of the grain mill and add it whole later. If you like a smoother texture then mill up the millet now when milling the other beans/grains. In a mixer (Bosch or Magic Mill works well) combine hot water, vegan margarine, molasses, yeast, salt. Add the un-milled millet at this time (if you haven't already added it).Add milled flour and gluten until dough pulls away from sides of the mixing bowl. Knead 5-10 minutes. Shape into four round loaves or place in bread pans. Let rise until doubled. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Makes about 5-7 loaves of bread depending upon size of your loaf. It's a matter of opening our lives to others. . .giving them the best we have to offer, but never allowing elaborate preparations to substitute for the sharing of the spirit of true hospitality." ~Emelie Barnes http://www.Christian-Vegan-Cookinghttp://www.AllNaturalSweetenerRecipeshttp://www.VeganMenusforHealthyLivinghttp://www.
