Guest guest Posted March 30, 2003 Report Share Posted March 30, 2003 Whole Wheat "Buttermilk" Pancakes2 cups whole wheat flour1 tsp. salt2 tsp. baking powder (Rumford-nonaluminum)½ tsp. baking soda2 cups soymilk2 tsp. lemon juice2 egg substitutes (Ener-G)2 TBSP oil1 TBSP honey (or alternative liquid sweetener)Mix dry ingredients in separate bowl, and then mix wet ingredients. Then slowly add wet and dry ingredients together. Please do not over mix, as this will cause pancakes to become tough. Cook on hot griddle.
