Eric, I have no idea what your reply means, but we don't gnaw on

bones

at my table either. I did ask what having an STD has to do with

vegan

recipes and have yet to get an answer. Your post only confuses me

more. So, now I have 2 questions... What do having an STD and

gnawing on bones have to do with vegan recipes? Do you get STD's

from

gnawing on bones? You brought it up. (can you say sarcasm)?

As an atonement, here is a vegan soup recipe. This can be made

either

with dried beans or if you are in a hurry or lack time, canned may be

used.

1/2 C. dried kidney beans, cooked or 1 can drained and rinsed.

1/2 C. dried garbanzo beans, cooked or 1 can, drained and rinsed.

1 onion, chopped.

2 T. garlic, minced.

1/2 C. celery, sliced.

1/2 C. carrots, chopped.

2 cans diced tomatoes, (15 oz.)

1 qt. vegetable broth.

1 qt. tomato juice or V-8 type juice.

2 T. Italian seasoning.

1/2 - 3/4 C. whole wheat pasta.

2 C. water

Saute onion and garlic in a small amount of water. Add remaining

ingredients except pasta. Simmer 1 1/2 - 2 hours. Add pasta and at

least 2 C. water. Cook for another 20 minutes.

Serve.

It was a poor attempt at making light of a silly situation. Well, two: one the initial post and two that anyone had to respond.

Of course, I did take the opportunity for a serious question, which I did not expect any assistance with, anyway, but why not use any resource or occasion.

I'm afraid the only offering in this post is perhaps a little commonsense to chew on.

well in defense of the last post... natural clothing has everything to do with being vegan. (although i don't get your comment about the bone either)

i don't know actual stores that sell natural clothing but i'm pretty sure that PETA (people for the ethical treatment of animals) has a list. check out their website and you can ask them to send you one.

and you might do a search on the internet under "vegan clothing" or "hemp clothing".

cheers! kellyPost your free ad now! Canada Personals
