Guest guest Posted April 2, 2003 Report Share Posted April 2, 2003 TOFU HUMMUS Source: Soy Sisters Recipes 1/2 Lb. Soft Tofu 15 Oz. Can Garbanzo Beans 5 T. Fresh Lemon Juice 1 Tsp. Cumin 2 Tsps. Minced Garlic 1 Tsp. Paprika 3 T. Olive Oil Blend tofu in a food processor for one minute. Add beans, lemon juice, spices and oil to tofu mixture in the food processor, blending between each addition until mixture is smooth. Serve with warm pita bread or crackers.
