Guest guest
Buckwheat Pancakes Source: Unknown 1 cup buckwheat flour1 cup whole wheat flour1 T EnerG egg replacer1 T baking powder1 t vanilla1 t cinnamon (optional)1/2 cup applesauce2 cups water (can add a bit more if you like thinner cakes) Mix all dry ingredients until evenly blended. In large bowl (or awide-mouth jar) add liquids and mix (or shake) as little as possibleto make batter. Small lumps are OK, they'll disappear in cooking. Overmixing will make pancakes flat and heavy. I spray a 1/2 second of Pam on a non-stick griddle and then wipesurface with a folded paper towel. Wipe again with same paper foreach new batch Yields about 12 medium pancakes. It's a matter of opening our lives to others. . .giving them the best we have to offer, but never allowing elaborate preparations to substitute for the sharing of the spirit of true hospitality." ~Emelie Barnes http://www.Christian-Vegan-Cookinghttp://www.AllNaturalSweetenerRecipeshttp://www.VeganMenusforHealthyLivinghttp://www.
