Guest guest
Michelle, I am a vegan and I also get chocolate cravings really bad during PMS. Here is a great ice cream (totally vegan) sundae I kind of created for myself that is really good. Put a few scoops of Soydream brand ice cream (it's totally non-dairy) in a bowl or dessert dish. There is a flavor that is really chocolaty with chocolate fudge-like swirls in it. Then, if you love peanut butter like I do, add a few teaspoons of crunchy or creamy (whichever you prefer) peanut butter on top of the ice cream. Then add some Tropical Source brand chocolate chips (they are non-dairy) and sprinkle them on top. You can also add peanuts if you like. If you really want to go crazy, there are several natural brands of non-dairy whipped topping you can put on top! It's a totally non-dairy chocolatey treat when PMS hits, and great in summer! Guest guest
Hi Anita, I was just wondering, what are the brands of non-dairy whipped topping that you mentioned? I've only seen one in my local store - Hip Whip - and can only find it in chocolate! Thanks!
