Guest guest Posted April 9, 2003 Report Share Posted April 9, 2003 Coleslaw Source: Foster's Favorites 4 cups thinly sliced cabbage (Napa cabbage works well) 2/3 grated carrots 1/4 cup onion, chopped fine 1 green leaf, finely chopped (spinach, kale or collard) Combine all ingredients and serve with Italian Like Dressing.
