Guest guest Posted April 9, 2003 Report Share Posted April 9, 2003 Tofu Sour Cream Source: NEWSTART Cookbook 1 - 12.3 oz. package silken tofu 1/3 cup fresh lemon juice 2 tsp. onion granules 1 clove garlic 2 tsp. dill weed 1 tsp. salt Combine all ingredients except dill weed and blend until smooth. Add dill weed and blend just enough to mix. Chill and serve. This is good used as a vegetable dip. "The spirit of hospitality can thrive in the humblest circumstances.
