Guest guest Posted April 10, 2003 Report Share Posted April 10, 2003 Tofu-Oat Burgers Source: The Foster's Favorites (adapted) 1 - 12.3 oz. package silken tofu, extra firm 1 1/2 cups dry oat flakes made into course flour in blender 3/4 cup chopped walnuts 2 Tbsp. Bragg's Liquid Aminos 1 1/2 tsp. onion granules 1/4 tsp. turmeric 2 tsp. chicken style seasoning 1 tsp. fresh sage Place tofu in bowl and mash with fork. Add last five ingredients and mix well. Let set for about 10 minutes, then add oat flour and walnuts. Mix thoroughly. Make patties and brown and both sides in non-stick frying pan.
