Guest guest Posted April 15, 2003 Report Share Posted April 15, 2003 We now call this 'The Best-Pancakes-We've-Ever-Made' 2 cups organic white spelt flour 1 t. sea salt 2 t. baking powder (health store, non-aluminum) 3 t. dry egg replacer powder (Ener-G) whisk together dry ingredients In separate bowl, put about 1 cup of organic Rice Milk and 1 T. organic honey. Slowly add dry ingredients; and alternate more Rice Milk and dry ingredients until a pancake consistency. Cook on cast iron pan with just enough olive oil to prevent sticking. Thanks for the original recipe. I've been frustrated for so long because I couldn't get a home-made mix that my family liked. Now we have one.
