Guest guest Posted May 2, 2003 Report Share Posted May 2, 2003 Polynesian Bars Source: Absolutely Vegetarian Mix and cook until consistency of jam: 2 cups dates, chopped 1 can pineapple, crushed (20 oz.) Mix together: 1 1/2 cups oatmeal, raw 1/2 cup millet flour 1 cup coconut, unsweetened 1/2 cup nuts, chopped 1/2 tsp. salt 1 cup orange juice Spread 3/4 of the oat mixture in a 9 x 12 inch pan. Add date pineapple mixture and top with the remaining oat mixture. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes.
