Yukon Gold potatoes 6 Tbsp. olive oil 3 Tbsp. red wine vinegar (or lemon juice) 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh sage (or 1 tsp. dried Italian seasoning) 1 tsp. salt 1/2 cup chopped red onionPlace large steamer basket or heatproof colander in pot. Add enough water topot to reach bottom of steamer basket or colander. Peel potatoes; cut into1" pieces. Place potatoes in steamer basket; over high heat bring water toboil. Cover; reduce heat to simmer. Cook until potatoes are tender, 20-25minutes. Meanwhile, in large serving bowl combine oil, vinegar, parsley,sage, salt and pepper; add onion.
