Guest guest
Salad Dressing in a Jar In a jar, place the following ~ 2 tsp.honey 1/2 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice or Apple Cider vinegar 1/2 cup olive oil 1 clove garlic, crushed 1 - 2 Tbsp. Tahini Herbs as desired (basil, oregano, taraggon, dill) Salt to taste Put a lid on the jar and shake well. Makes a fresh, delicious, creamy dressing that is inexpensive. *For added nutrition, use flax seed oil instead of olive oil. http://www.Christian-Vegan-Cooking http://www.VeganMenus4HealthyLiving "There is a great deal of poetry and fine sentiment in a chest of tea." ~Ralph Waldo Emmerson~

It is so good it could be a food group. It came through on another group I am on a few months ago and I have been slathering it on all manner of things ever since. As a note. I have used both the cider vinegar and the lemon juice and I much preferred the lemon juice. It was a more delicated flavour. Y'all gotta try it. Guest guest
Hi Heather ~ we had this recipe for dinner last night and it was good! I agree that the lemon juice makes a tastier dressing than the apple cider vinegar. I found this recipe in a magazine called Consider the Rubies. It's really neat to have a dressing with so many options available (like, I think it would make a good satay type dressing if we used peanut butter instead of tahini. . .).
