Guest guest Posted June 13, 2003 Report Share Posted June 13, 2003 You will need to go and visit vegweb and find "Dragonfly's Uncheese Mix" to complete this recipe. 1 lb whole wheat penne 1 cup Dragonfly's Uncheese Mix 2 cups of fresh chopped spinach 2 or 3 roma tomatoes, chopped 1-1/2 cups of fresh mushrooms sliced Cook the pasta while you do the rest of this. Toss the veggies in a casserole dish large enough hold the pasta and veggies. Using 1-3/4 cup of water and the 1 cup of uncheese mix, blend over high heat using a whisk. Keep blending till it thickens up and then remove from the heat. Toss the hot cooked pasta with the veggies. Pour on the uncheese sauce and blend by folding till the sauce is covering the rest of it.
