Cookbook 12 cups peaches, peeled and sliced 1/4 cup liquid sweetener of choice (original recipe calls for honey) 1 can peach concentrate 1/3 cup tapioca Mix together the above ingredients and pour into baking dish. Topping: 3 cups quick oats 1/2 cup peanut butter (natural) 1 cup walnuts, ground 1/4 cup liquid sweetener of choice (original recipe calls for honey) Mix above ingredients together and sprinkle over peaches.
