Cookbook 2 cups carob chips 1 1/2 cups peanut butter 3 Tbsp. Roma coffee substitute (or Postum; Pero; grain cereal beverage) 1 cup walnuts, chopped 1/2 cup sesame seeds 1 cup almonds, chopped 1/2 cup sunflower seeds 3 cups Rice Crispies Melt carob chips, peanut butter, and Roma in double boiler. Add nuts; stir until completely coated. Add Rice Krispies; mix well. Pour into a glass pan, pack well, and cool a few hours before cutting. *Carob chips: Non-dairy malt-sweetened recommended. **This recipe is a good source of healthy Omega 3's!
