Tofu Alfredo

 

2 pks. lite silken tofu

1 1/2 cups veggie broth

2 cloves garlic , smashed

1/2 cup nutritional yeast

1 pound cooked pasta

 

In a blender combine all sauce ingredients (except the

pasta), blend till smooth. Pour over cooked and

drained pasta and heat til sauce has thickened to

desired consistancy. Watching carefully as this will

stick and burn.
