I think that Rice Dream Enriched isn't so bad...I drank a lot of that at

first...but now drink Edensoy Extra...if you get soy or rice or almond or any

alternative milks, be sure that they are enriched with calcium and vitamins,

otherwise there's not much reason to drink them (not much in the way of

nutritional value)...

There are vegan cheeses that are quite good...I'll see if I can find the exact

info since I'm not at home and can't look in the fridge...

Also as a side note, I've read that carageenan (a seaweed derivative) has been

linked to stomach cancer...this is an ingredient that shows up a lot in vegan

dairy imitation products...I try to consume as little of this as possible,

although I'm sure a little is ok...

You can find a study that says everything causes

cancer. The truth is nobody really knows how the body

works. The simplest way to be heatlhy is to eat a

balanced diet of foods that are as close to their

natural state as possible, get plenty of clean water,

fresh air and exercise and to be happy.

Worrying about food ingredients causes stress which is

very bad for your health.

The human body works in conjunctionw w/its environment...I think it's logical

to be safe...I don't eat things with BHT, BHA or other known carcinogens in

them, so it makes sense to be careful w/ other ingredients as well, even if

they are " natural " . It doesn't cause me anymore stress than it does to read

packaging for animal ingredients...which I assume most people on this list

already do....and that is not stressful for me...thanks for worrying, though :)
