Guest guest
Nutritional Yeast Flakes can be found in health food stores, and I was a bit jarred to see them at six dollars a container, but it turned out to be well worth it, particularily since the container has lasted me over a month now I sprinkle it in/on: mashed potatoes baked potatoes sandwhiches soups taco stuffing [generally TVP with mushrooms, tomatoes, and mexican spice] pasta It's really good and gives everything a faint taste that leaves you thinking " Hrm...did someone melt a slice of cheese in there? " But it's not cheese, it's a type of yeast that is grown on molasses. Never thought I'd be thinking to myself " Mmmm....yeast...
